Family Pictures 6/14
She was AMAZING, and I've decided we'll be scheduling a session with her whenever we take a trip home. These are our faves. Feast your eyes.
Geo'gia (June 2014)
Practicing our smiles on the way to get family pictures taken. Chelsea did an amazing job; I'll post some of those pictures later.
Meeting Great Grandma Mingledorff. (He also met GG, but his silly mama forgot to take a picture! RATS!)
Funnest pedi ever. Poor Shauna was enjoying everything until we turned on the massage chair. It might as well have been a mechanical bull.
This picture makes me want to cry. :o)
Aunt Gwen went on and on to everyone about how pretty her smile was in this picture. Man, it was good to see her.
Aunt Gwen was so excited to know I'd named my baby after hers.
Blogging with Chocolate
I am worn out. Today required all my energy and patience, and despite having to occasionally bite my lip to keep from crying exhausted tears, I did pretty well. I even managed to pull off a few fun activities with the kids. Knowing that tonight was supposed to be my night out helped. But I had started to count the minutes until Camden came home this afternoon, when Lane soaked me in spit up from my chest to my crotch. Luckily that was less than a half hour before his daddy rode in on his white steed and helped me make dinner. It was during dinner, while I was trying with all of my being not to throw Miles into the dumpster outside, that I told Camden that the only thing keeping me from going to the Hallmark store and buying myself chocolates was the fact that I was in my jammies. I hadn't even finished the sentence when Miles, his mouth FULL of quinoa, sneezed. Naturally, it flew across the table and into my face. I stood up, grabbed the keys, told Camden where I was going, and went to the Hallmark store in my blue plaid jammie pants and Camden's red Old Spice shirt without a backwards glance. And now here I sit, a box of chocolates and my Sara Bareilles Pandora station sweetly serenading my ever-so-desperately-needed, long overdue retreat into blogging. [Insert loooong, dramatic sigh here.....]

Us Lately
Here's what we've been up to in the last week:
Thank you for the coloring book and stickers, Grammie!
Spring fever finally collided with a warm-ish weekend. Enter Home Depot and beautiful primroses. Perennials.
Sweet babies out for a rainy day stroll.
This one just kills me. :o)
And the little fluffernutter. His hair is so soft and fluffy after a bath. Camden calls this particular 'do his "fluffhawk".
Two months old!
13 lbs 1.5 oz (83rd percentile)
25 inches (100th percentile)
Today was a gorgeous day, and we took full advantage.
This was Lane's first outside picnic. He loved it!
